Working within the parameters of planning requirements and with smaller sections becoming more common, it’s often a challenge to answer a client’s brief and keep within the rules of the District Plan.
It’s the small things within these designs that set them apart and creates spaces that people can enjoy and not feel restricted, which is simply achieved through ceiling heights/finishes, orientation and light which all starts from clean and well thought out floor/site plans.
Designing small is becoming more common in today’s market, but it shouldn’t mean having to compromise on what is important to you.
