Led by Matt Anderson-Stewart, we design bespoke homes, alterations, and light commercial projects.
Working from our Invercargill base, our projects span across Southland, Central Otago, Christchurch, and beyond. Our work responds to site and purpose, with careful attention to form, light, texture, and spatial experience.

From first sketches to finished build, we take projects through a clear, considered process.
Our experience with consents, construction, and site conditions ensures each design is both thoughtful and buildable.
Process
The Brief
01.
It all starts with a chat. We take the time to understand your ideas, goals, and lifestyle, and discuss what’s achievable for your site and budget. Your vision is translated into clear design direction, supported by key site details and planning requirements.
Concept Design
02.
We translate the brief into an initial concept, presenting plans and visuals that outline the overall form and layout. With your feedback, we make targeted refinements to ensure the design aligns with your needs, setting a strong foundation for the next stage.
Design Refinement
03.
Building on the agreed concept, we refine the design through careful consideration of space, form, and materials. Key decisions are resolved to ensure the architecture is cohesive, functional, and detailed, preparing the project for documentation and consents.
Interior Design
04.
Here’s where we can support you with the finer details. From cladding and flooring to finishes, fixtures, and fittings, we’ll help you make confident decisions. Our goal is to ensure every element feels cohesive, creating a home that flows seamlessly inside and out.
Documentation & Consents
05.
We prepare the detailed technical drawings, specification document, and supporting information required for council approval and construction. Where needed, we coordinate with engineers and consultants to ensure everything is ready for the consent process.
Construction & Beyond
06.
Throughout construction, we remain involved where required to support the delivery of the consented design. Any necessary amendments are prepared and lodged as needed. Once the build is complete, we manage the Code Compliance Certificate application, concluding our involvement.
